Introduction: Anaphylaxis is a life-threatening systemic reaction. Despite this, its diagnosis and treatment are often underestimated by medical students and healthcare professionals. High-fidelity clinical simulation (HFCS) is a valuable tool for skill acquisition, offering a safe environment for both students and patients. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional, quasi-experimental study was conducted with 70 medical students from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. A pre-test, a workshop, and a post-test were administered, along with a satisfaction survey on clinical simulation. Results: The average score improved significantly after the workshop (p = 0.00), with a mean increase of 2.3 points. Satisfaction with the simulation was high (98.5%). Discussion: Students demonstrated good theoretical knowledge in the pre-test but struggled with practical application, especially in epinephrine dosing, consistent with previous studies. The average improvement of 2.3 points in the post-test highlights the positive impact of high-fidelity clinical simulation (HFCS) on knowledge retention. Conclusion: Clinical simulation significantly enhances knowledge of anaphylaxis and is highly valued by students as an educational tool.
